Maurice Terzini and Mitch Orr’s restaurant CicciaBella opened over the weekend to fantastic reviews. M35 were commissioned to design and art direct the new identity for CicciaBella. The identity centres around the eclectic sources of inspiration behind CicciaBella: from Architecture through to fashion, art, music, history and beyond. Google has transformed our world in so many ways, but it's typically not the first brand that comes to mind for most content makers and creatives seeking to realise their vision. Enter Create with Google. The platform ‘made for creatives, by creatives.’ Purpose-built to inspire and enable creative ideas, from inception to execution. Working within the Google master brand, M35 were tasked with designing a lateral, energetic, and unique identity system that can function globally across all of its territories. The resulting identity extends on the iconic Google dot system to visually reference creative expression. A developed system of brush marks act as a disruptor element, revealing content and serving as a gateway to change. Collaborating with UsTwo's Sydney office, M35 also co-created the Create with Google website, which became the central platform for the whole Create with Google experience. As well as showcasing a range of inspirational matter, the site also contains tools, brand artefacts and creative downloads created by M35 to support a new legion of creators. Create with Google dropped in late 2018 across APAC (Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai and Kolkata). Due to the incredible response it received, it's now rolling out globally to support millions of creatives around the world.

We recently worked on the seeding kit for the launch of Nike React in Australia. For the kit we designed and developed a custom carry bag as well as working with Trusty Boxes to design an innovative custom box that recreates the softness experienced when wearing the shoe. The first teasers for the all new Nike FREE running shoe launched today. For the last three months M35 has worked with the Nike Global design team to develop the entire visual identity for Nike FREE. Mint is a listed fintech company that helps businesses of all sizes transact in more rewarding ways. Following a renewed strategic positioning, purpose and update of key verticals, M35 was called in help re-imagine the brand’s identity through this new lens. The word mark is designed to communicate the simplicity and speed experienced when customers use Mint Payment. Expanding out from this the wider brand system is aimed at humanising the brand and making it feel more accessible, playful and rewarding than the rest of the competitors in market.
