Osaka-based Sekisui House is one of Japan’s largest homebuilders. To launch their premium Parkview residential precinct in Sydney’s West, M35 was commissioned to help shape a new narrative within the category, and localise the legendary Japanese brand for local sensibilities. By borrowing from the worlds of art and design, the work elevated the behaviours and language commonly associated with residential developments. . . .

Sneak peak at the brand refresh we have been working on with Googles creative hub Google Zoo. The concept is based around duality. The identity captures the chaos of the creative process and contrasts it with the purity of the final solution.
